Job Description Job Title- Senior Full Stack Java Developer & Team Lead Location- Pune | Hybrid Experience- 8+ Years Reports To- Engineering Manager / Architect Primary Skills- Java 8 & Java EE/J2EE, Team/Tech Lead, Spring/MVC & Hibernate/JPA, jQuery, Bootstrap & DataTables ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer & Team Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead a small development team while remaining hands-on across the full technology stack supporting enterprise applications. The role requires strong Java 8 / Java EE expertise, front-end development capabilities, enterprise application architecture knowledge, and technical leadership skills. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), regulated industries, manufacturing, life sciences, or formula-based product environments is highly desirable. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.

• Own technical delivery across the full stack, including Java 8 / Java EE backend and jQuery / Bootstrap / DataTables front end.

• Drive technical decisions while balancing modernization with enterprise system stability.

• Partner with Product, Architecture, and QA teams to plan work, break down requirements, and estimate effort.

• Ensure appropriate security and data-handling practices for customer, product, and regulatory information.
