Roles & Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & Financial Operations

• Prepare accounting entries and maintain accurate books and records for Luxembourg real estate fund structures (e.g., RAIF, SIF, SICAV/SICAF, SCSp).

• Prepare NAV calculations, capital accounts, management fees, and other recurring fund-level workings.

• Record real estate–related transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, rental income, development costs, financing, and SPV activities.

• Ensure all accounting work complies with Lux GAAP and/or IFRS as applicable.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and reconciliations.
