Graduate Engineer Trainee

Job Description Summary As a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Lean / Continuous Improvement at GE HealthCare, you will support and drive Lean behaviors, continuous improvement initiatives, idea management, and Kaizen activities across the GBEL plant. Working closely with shop floor employees, Frontline Leaders, PTLs, the PQ Team, Metals Team, and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will help build a strong culture of continuous improvement by converting employee ideas into practical, measurable improvements.

This role provides hands-on exposure to Lean operations in a manufacturing environment and includes coordinating Lean resources, facilitating Kaizen activities, maintaining the Daily Management System (DMS), tracking improvement metrics, and preparing updates for operational reviews.
