Graduate Engineer Trainee

Job Description Summary The Graduate Engineer Trainee – Manufacturing Process Engineering (Continuous Improvement) will support manufacturing process engineering and quality improvement initiatives within the CT manufacturing facility. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, the trainee will assist in improving product quality by monitoring customer and internal manufacturing rejections, tracking manufacturing yields, and supporting the investigation and closure of quality issues arising from the production line and customer returns. The role also provides hands-on exposure to Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, CAPA, non-conformance investigations, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and cross-functional collaboration to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and operational excellence.
