Group Product Manager I

JOB PURPOSE: The Product Manager 1 for P&T Technology supports the delivery and management of specific product areas within the P&T portfolio, contributing to the successful execution of product initiatives that drive customer and business value. This role focuses on translating product goals into clear requirements, supporting the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Operating in a dynamic and evolving environment, the role requires analyzing customer and business needs, prioritizing features, and tracking progress against defined outcomes. The role requires partnership with engineering, design, and operations teams to support sprint planning, backlog management, and release readiness, ensuring product releases meet defined standards and expectations. The role requires strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to learn from data, feedback, and outcomes — building the foundation for growth into broader product ownership and leadership responsibilities.
