Role: Hardware Test Engineer – Battery & Charger Validation Department: New Product Development Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 2-5 Years
Your Team: You'll be working with New Product Development — a group that runs on coffee and an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station), which unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

What you’ll own: We are looking for a hands-on Hardware Test Engineer with real EV battery and charger testing experience to plan, execute and report validation tests in our lab. This role is built for someone early in their career who has already worked on EV hardware and wants to grow into ownership of test programs – not for a fresher, and not for a senior engineer looking for a lead role.
