Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Learning, Redwood & AI Agents)

Experience
8-12+ years of HCM experience with at least 4+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion Learning implementation projects.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Learning module) to independently lead and deliver the Oracle Fusion Learning module for Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The selected candidate will serve as the primary Learning SME and will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
In addition, the consultant will support Oracle Redwood adoption initiatives to enable Oracle HCM's AI Agents across HCM business processes.
Key Responsibilities and Skills Required
Learning Workstream Ownership
- Independently own and lead the Oracle Fusion Learning workstream from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare, serving as the primary Learning SME for the project.
- Lead client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
- Act as the primary functional advisor for Learning and Development processes and Oracle leading practices.
