Overview Lead engineering and application delivery across Digit’s General Insurance technology portfolio, translating business priorities into scalable, resilient and high-quality solutions. This hands-on leadership role owns architecture, engineering standards, program execution, release governance and delivery excellence, while partnering with Product, Business, Infrastructure, Security and Executive Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering and application delivery—from architecture and design through build, release and

production—for strategic business programs.

• Set architecture direction for high-volume, scalable, resilient systems; review designs and resolve critical production,

performance and scalability issues.

• Build configuration-driven, reusable platforms that accelerate launches for products, partners and regulatory changes.
