Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations strategies that support the organization's objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Union Relations:

Serve as the primary liaison with union representatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Manage union contract negotiations, grievances, and disputes.

Managing employee relations with workforce inline core principles of the company.

Long-Term Settlement Negotiations:

Lead and oversee long-term settlement discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with organizational goals and labor laws

Policy Development:

Design and implement HR policies and procedures that promote fair treatment, equity, and compliance with legal requirements.

Workforce Management:

Oversee manpower planning and deployment to ensure optimal staffing levels, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with other HR leaders to align workforce management with business needs

Conflict Resolution:

Proactively address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner, utilizing mediation and other conflict resolution techniques. Managing employee grievances,investigate &resolve complex/critical industrial issues in a timely and effective manner from long term perspective.

Employee Engagement:

Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
