Grade: M2/M3 Role Purpose:

Provide strategic leadership and governance for Health, Safety, Environment, Occupational Health, Process Safety and Sustainability initiatives at VAML Lanjigarh. The role is responsible for driving a zero-harm culture, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, strengthening risk management practices, and embedding world-class HSE systems across operations to safeguard people, assets, reputation, and the environment. Key Responsibilities:

• HSE Strategy & Governance

• Develop and execute the unit-wide HSE strategy

aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

• Establish robust governance mechanisms to drive

HSE excellence across all operational areas.

• Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of

HSE management systems and standards.

• Advise senior leadership on critical HSE risks,
