About the role As Head of Global Process Solutions, you will lead a team of GPOs responsible for defining, shaping and continuously improving critical HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will set the direction for the team, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure we are constantly challenging how work gets done. You will lead from the front, championing simplification, standardisation, automation and AI-enabled innovation, ensuring our processes are scalable, efficient and designed through a global-first lens. You will balance strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and operational excellence skills with the ability to drive change across complex global environments. Success in this role will be measured by the business outcomes you enable, the capability you build within your team and the value your improvements deliver.
