Key Responsibilities: Own the AI native delivery transformation agenda across the software development life cycle, from planning through operations, with a focus on advancing AI-native ways of working across engineering teams. This role partners with CIOs, Business Unit leaders, and Engineering leads to translate business strategy into delivery roadmaps. The role drives large-scale, high-stakes transformation programs and positions AI adoption as a core measure of delivery maturity.
