We are a FTSE100, global business of around 15,000 colleagues, based in 50 countries. Our solutions have a real impact on lives across the planet, enabling industry, improving healthcare, enhancing security, advancing connectivity, and supporting new homes. Our products and services are often critical to our customers’ operations, while our proprietary technology and high service levels help create competitive advantage. We welcome colleagues with a curious mind, who are happy with responsibility, enjoy a challenge and are attracted by the idea of working at a business with an almost 170-year history of innovation, and four global divisions, all experts in their field.
Job Purpose Reporting to the Global Onboarding Manager, the HR Administrator is responsible for providing centralised, standardised, scalable and service-oriented HR support across multiple business units, functions and geographies within Talent Acquisition Operations and Onboarding, ensuring accurate process execution, excellent stakeholder service, and a consistent employee and candidate experience within the Shared Services model. The role acts as a central point of coordination, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of HR processes, maintaining data integrity, supporting service level agreements (SLAs), and delivering a consistent experience for candidates, new hires, employees, recruiters and HR stakeholders. The role also ensures compliance with company policies, maintains confidentiality, and provides effective operational support. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and understands that great administration is about more than completing tasks. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive and committed to following processes while demonstrating curiosity, ownership and a continuous improvement mindset. They will confidently identify errors, question processes where appropriate, and seek opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality. They will understand the wider impact of their work, maintain high standards of accuracy, and effectively manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you are looking for a role where you can truly make a positive impact, take ownership, and champion an exceptional candidate and employee experience, this could be the role for you.
