We are looking for an HR Generalist who can own the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to people operations, compliance, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership, and uses AI tools to make HR processes smarter and more efficient. What You’ll Do 1. People Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including offer letters, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee documentation, HR databases, and personnel records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, employee data, and monthly attendance and leave reconciliation.
• Build and improve HR processes, policies, and workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

2. Talent Acquisition

• Own end-to-end hiring for business and technical roles, from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining.
