The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR reporting team, ensuring smooth delivery of standard and ad hoc reports, while working closely with the Reporting Manager to support project planning, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. Although this role does not involve hands-on execution or report development, it requires a strong understanding of reporting processes, tools, and data, along with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate across functions, and ensure that deliverables meet business expectations. The role also includes mentoring team members, monitoring output quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What are we looking for? • Reporting & Visualizations
