Job Title - Decision Science Consultant – Digital Media Optimization | S&C
Management Level : 09 – Team Lead / Consultant Location: PAN India Must have skills: Programmatic Activation (DV360 | Meta Ads | Amazon DSP) , Budget & Bid Optimization, Audience Targeting, Campaign Optimization, Media Planning & Activation , Python Good to have skills: Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-touch Attribution, Clean Room Technologies, GA4
Job Summary: As a Marketing Measurement & Activation Consultant, you will bridge the gap between measurement science and media execution. You will build and deliver Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and attribution studies, then operationalize those insights directly within platforms such as Google DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon DSP, ensuring data-driven recommendations translate into real budget and campaign decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Translate MMM outputs, channel ROI, diminishing returns curves, budget elasticity, into structured activation plans and media briefs for trading teams.
Implement or oversee execution of measurement-informed budget splits, bid strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structures across DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon DSP.
Design incrementality experiments (geo holdouts, conversion lift, A/B tests) to validate and recalibrate MMM findings over time.
Build dashboards connecting real-time programmatic performance to measurement model assumptions, flagging deviations and recommending corrective actions.
Communicate findings and budget recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders including marketing leads and finance.
Build and validate Marketing Mix Models (MMM) using regression-based or Bayesian approaches to quantify channel ROI and inform budget allocation.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have Skills: Marketing Measurement and practical working knowledge of at least two of: Google DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon DSP, including campaign setup, bid strategy, audience management, and performance monitoring.
Strong understanding of programmatic buying mechanics — insertion orders, CPM/vCPM, frequency capping, deal IDs, and auction dynamics.
Familiarity with core measurement concepts: baseline vs. incremental sales, media contribution, budget optimisation, and media synergies.
Good to Have Skills: Hands-on experience of Marketing Mix Modeling using Python/R, Multi-touch attribution (MTA), incrementality testing methodologies, SQL, data clean rooms (Google ADH, Meta Advanced Analytics), and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
undefinedAdditional Information:- The ideal candidate has worked on both sides of the measurement-activation divide — comfortable owning an MMM end-to-end and equally at ease in a DSP interface, with a genuine interest in closing the loop between what the data recommends and what gets executed in media.- This position is based at PAN India offices .
