Qualifications
- 3-6 years of hands-on IAM engineering experience and 6-12 years of overall experience into similar fields.
- Solid working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) — connectors, access profiles, lifecycle states, provisioning rules
- Strong API and automation skills — REST API integration, Python or PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with Active Directory, identity lifecycle (JML), and RBAC principles
- Some exposure to CyberArk or PAM concepts — account vaulting, safe structure, or credential management (depth will be built on the job)
Preferred:
- Experience with OIM or other legacy IGA platforms
- ServiceNow integration or ITSM workflow exposure
- SailPoint IdentityNow Essentials certification
