· A retail / consumer industry background (either in consulting or on the client side)
· Strong technology understanding across e‑commerce platforms, integrations, and data
· Solid working knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and performance channels
· Prior experience in a Big 4 consulting firm
· Been part of published thought leadership or industry reports on e‑commerce or retail from any of the Big 4s
This role will own project delivery across business, technology, and marketing workstreams, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget implementation with measurable business outcomes.
Mandatory skill sets
. Project & Program Management
· Lead end‑to‑end e‑commerce / omnichannel project delivery from discovery to go‑live and stabilization.
· Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, and delivery milestones across business, technology, and marketing streams.
