Job Description & Summary: Design and deploy enterprise Agentic AI solutions for engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), document intelligence, and product development processes across cloud, on-premises, and offline environments. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_Agentic AI for Engineering and PLM _Digital Engineering Transformation_Advisory_Pune Responsibilities:
- Develop AI agents for document extraction, comparison, validation, summarization, and compliance.
- Build RAG and multi-agent workflows for engineering, BOM, change management, testing, and product release.
- Integrate AI solutions with PLM, CAD, ALM, ERP, MES, and document-management platforms.
- Develop scalable Python and FastAPI services.
- Implement LLMOps, evaluation, security, monitoring, and responsible-AI controls.
- Lead technical workshops, demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.
Mandatory skill sets
- Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG
- Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and microservices
- LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
- Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, or open-weight models
- Vector databases, embeddings, hybrid search, and document AI
- CI/CD, containerization, MLOps or LLMOps, and enterprise security
Preferred skill sets:
- PLM, CAD, BOM, engineering change, and product-release processes
- Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, SAP, DOORS, or similar platforms
- Knowledge graphs, on-premises model deployment, and AI evaluation frameworks
- Experience in regulated or engineering-intensive industries
Years of experience required:6 to 10 years, including 2 to 3 years in Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI Education qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
