Job Description & Summary: We are seeking an experienced Developers with strong hands‑on expertise across GitHub Copilot, AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build, and govern enterprise-scale AI‑assisted development and conversational automation platforms. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of AI‑augmented software development, secure DevSecOps workflows, LLM‑based agent architectures, RAG pipelines, connector development, enterprise governance, and end‑to‑end automation using Microsoft and GitHub ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture for GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, LangGraph, LangChain and Python including governance, licensing, policy frameworks, RBAC, and environment strategy.

• Establish responsible AI guidelines, content filtering, data boundary rules, and secure development practices.

• Build multi-environment strategies (Dev → Test → Prod) with approvals, solution packaging, and lifecycle management.
