Job Description – Senior Consultant – Project Controls, PMO & Digital Consulting

We are seeking a results-driven Candidate with 6 to 8+ years of experience in project controls, PMO setups, contracts and claims management, and digital project controls across Oil & Gas, Metals & Minerals, Real Estate, and Renewables sectors. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of planning, risk management, and execution tracking for capital-intensive projects with strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, cost and schedule optimization, and data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

· Setup PMO and establish strong project governance frameworks. Ensure clear workflows and reporting structures to support project execution.

· Gather project requirements and translate them into effective project controls. Develop reporting tools that provide visibility into project progress and risks.

· Drive planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Facilitate collaboration to keep the project on track.
