Job Position Title:

Senior Associate_Employee Central – Time Off Enterprise Apps SAP_Advisory_Gurugram

Responsibilities

· Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer

· Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.

· Create an absence time type and a time account type.

· Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees

· Must have independently led the design workshops for customers

· Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices

· Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central.

· Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location

· Must understand the end employee life cycle on the SF platform

· Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3rd Party Payroll and other systems

· Must have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
