Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Management Consulting, ESDM & Semiconductor to support client engagements across strategy, market assessment, investment promotion, policy advisory, ecosystem development, and business transformation initiatives within the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) and semiconductor sectors. The ideal candidate will bring 3–8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment advisory, government advisory, or the electronics and semiconductor industry. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of the ESDM and semiconductor ecosystem, including electronics manufacturing, semiconductor design, fabrication, assembly, testing and packaging (ATP/OSAT), equipment, materials, and supply chains. The role requires strong analytical, research, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication capabilities, with the ability to support complex client engagements and develop high-quality, client-ready deliverables. Prior experience in management consulting, strategy, policy advisory, investment promotion, ecosystem development, transaction support, or sector-focused assignments within the electronics and semiconductor industry will be an added advantage. Conduct primary and
secondary research on ESDM and semiconductor markets, technologies, value chains, investments, policies, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
Support market
assessments, opportunity sizing, benchmarking studies, business case development, and market-entry or growth strategy engagements.
Analyze qualitative and
quantitative data, develop structured insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients.
Prepare client-ready
presentations, reports, proposals, policy notes, financial analyses, operating models, and other engagement deliverables.
Participate in
stakeholder interviews, workshops, consultations, and discussions with industry participants, investors, government agencies, industry associations, and ecosystem partners.
Manage assigned
workstreams, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Support strategic
initiatives related to investment attraction, supply chain development, manufacturing expansion, ecosystem strengthening, and policy implementation.
Monitor sector
developments, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and investment announcements relevant to the ESDM and semiconductor ecosystem.
Contribute to knowledge
management, thought leadership, proposal development, and business development activities.
Build and maintain

Understanding of the
electronics and semiconductor ecosystem, including key segments, technologies, business models, industry economics, and policy frameworks.
Proficiency in
Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to develop structured analyses and client-ready deliverables.
Excellent written and
verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Ability to manage
multiple priorities, independently handle assigned workstreams, and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines.
Strong analytical
mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
