Responsibilities
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC) is SAP’s cloud-native Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and the core engine of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
Core Functions
· System of Record: Centralizes global employee data, organization structures, and life-cycle events.
· Data Architecture: Manages information using Foundation Objects (job, pay, and organizational structures), Personal Data, and Employment Data via the Metadata Framework (MDF).
· Role-Based Permissions (RBP): Secures data access and drives Employee and Manager Self-Service portals.
· Workflows & Rules: Automates approvals, event reasons, delegation, and effective-dating history.
· Integrations: Connects seamlessly with talent modules, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, and external financial or time systems
