Job description
Job Position Title: Senior Manager (Level) –Contract Life Cycle Management (Regulatory and Business Solutions) –CLM - Regulatory (TRS)– Gurgaon.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead
projects relating to improvement of following Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes and implementation of CLM tools along with a team of Associates and Senior Associates
- Knowhow
of CLM processes and technologies in the market (such as Icertis, Sirion or equivalent)
- Work
with other teams to manage alignment between company processes and business objectives so as to optimize business performance.
- Coordinate
with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support assessment/evaluation project
- Communicate
with client to assist in developing effective process vision, process strategy and process maturation.
