· Role of Learning Operations specialist with key responsibilities around LMS administration and management

· Playing an important role in helping manage the L&D operations

· Supporting L&D interventions with smooth and seamless logistical and operations support

· Providing support to the team in managing and coordinating the L&D programme

· To ensure accurate, timely and high-quality reporting across HC metrics.

· To create & deliver analysis of Learning & Development to identify actionable insights.

· To gather data from various sources, and analyzing large data sets to create consumable reports/presentations.
