PwC’s Value Creation is a niche team providing strategic and operational advice across the deal continuum in the areas of process improvement, operations due diligence, and organization transformation including actual on-ground level implementation of strategic and operational initiatives.

Job Position Title:

Specialist 2 _ Advisory_ Operations Excellence _ VCID _ Gurgaon

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current manufacturing processes

to identify and address gaps.

• Assess the manufacturing capabilities of the current

operations and future growth, focusing on systems and controls, processes, best practices, organizational structure, personnel skills, KPIs, and MIS.

• Conduct thorough analysis, including both quantitative

(data mining, model creation, benchmarking, OEE/Loss Analysis/Yield analysis, Maintenance KPIs) and qualitative (industry research, business intelligence, comparative analysis) methodologies, to validate hypotheses and propose solutions.
