Job Summary**
The IND IAM Associate Engineer, Security will play a key role in supporting and maintaining identity and access management systems, ensuring the security and integrity of Hartford Global Services' digital assets. This position involves assisting with the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IAM solutions to protect sensitive data and facilitate secure access for users.
Job Responsibilities**
- Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and tools.
- Support user provisioning and de-provisioning processes across various applications and platforms.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement and configure new IAM solutions and features.
- Perform routine security audits and access reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests, providing timely support to end-users.
