Job Description: Duck Creek Policy Configurator / Developer Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 4-8 Years
Position Overview The Hartford is seeking a skilled Duck Creek Policy Configurator / Developer to design, configure, test, and support policy administration capabilities for Property & Casualty insurance products. This hands-on engineering role will be responsible for translating product and business requirements into maintainable Duck Creek Policy configurations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Duck Creek Policy and Author, a sound understanding of P&C insurance, and an ownership mindset focused on product speed-to-market, configuration quality, production stability, and customer outcomes.
