Role summary

We are looking for a Infrastructure & Enterprise Engineer III to join the Reliability Operations. This role is built for a hands-on engineer with strong coding depth who can improve reliability through automation, AI enablement, and modern platform engineering practices. This team is moving from reactive operations to autonomous resilience, with a clear focus on AI-enabled detection, response, communication, and prevention, plus automation that reduces manual effort and improves recovery speed. The role should help advance operational excellence through better workflows, stronger observability, and scalable engineering foundations across production systems.
