Instructional Designer II L&D

What You Will Do The Instructional Designer (ID) II will analyze learning outcomes and collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) globally to design and develop learning solutions that align with business requirements. The ID, as part of the India L&D team, will work with colleagues in the internal team and the L&D teams globally to gather/create content, design, and develop Instructional Design deliverables for appropriate learning modalities and styles. They will be responsible for working as one team with other IDs, Learning Experience Designers (LXDs), L&D Managers, and cross-functional team members.

The ID will apply Instructional Design theories and practices to design and develop learning solutions, use standard writing styles to make content easy to understand for the target audience and produce well-written audio/video scripts for high-quality course assets.

To be successful in this role, the ID will need to understand the business goals, collaborate with stakeholders, and ask the right questions. The ID is expected to be dependable and trusted by the business partners across JCI teams.
