A Day in the Life The intern will work closely with the ACM & Endoscopy leadership team to develop a structured framework for sub-dealer onboarding, governance, and compliance tracking across regions. The project will also focus on improving sales hygiene and data quality by assessing current reporting practices, identifying process gaps, and creating dashboards, scorecards, and SOPs to enhance channel visibility, operational efficiency, and decision-making. The final outcome will be a scalable onboarding model and actionable recommendations to strengthen channel management and sales excellence. The intern will support a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening channel governance, expanding sub-dealer coverage, and improving sales process discipline across the ACM & Endoscopy business.
