Job description
ISEAA Project Controller
Responsibilities
- Ensure project evaluations are conducted in line with Daimler guidelines
- Provide recommendations for management decision‑making based on evaluation outcomes.
- Ensure financial deliverables are met in alignment with project Quality Gate (QG) timelines.
- Ensure proper set‑up and maintenance of project structures in SAP.
- Analyze the financial impact of changes due to evolving project maturity.
- Facilitate project steering to achieve cost, schedule, and financial targets.
Requirements
Educational Qualification BE/MBA/ICWA/CA
No of years of experience Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Nature of experience (Critical to Quality skill, if any)
- Strong experience in project planning, monitoring, and controlling across product development or manufacturing programs.
- Proficient in cost control, budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis at project and portfolio levels.
- Hands-on experience with project governance frameworks, quality gates and compliance to organizational standards
