All about the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst – Material Management (SAP MM) with 5–8 years of experience to support and enhance procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and IT teams, driving efficient and scalable solutions across the supply chain domain with a focus on SAP MM and SAP Ariba Upstream (Sourcing & Contracts).

What you’ll do: Supply Chain & Procurement Process Support · Act as an IT Business Analyst for SAP MM and procurement-related processes. · Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. · Support and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. · Drive improvements in inventory management and stock optimization. · Enable and enhance supplier collaboration processes. · Implement and support SAP Ariba Upstream modules (Sourcing & Contracts). · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, SD, and WM/EWM to ensure seamless process integration. · Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and releases. · Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support to business users. · Prepare documentation, training materials, and support user adoption. Stakeholder Management & Solution Delivery · Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities. · Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions. · Support project delivery activities, including testing, change management, and go-live support. · Ensure adherence to established IT and business processes.
