Job Description The Infrastructure Analyst III supports asset lifecycle activities, including procurement, inventory tracking, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and disposal of hardware assets. The role assists in monitoring asset compliance, maintaining accurate asset records, generating asset-related metrics and reports, and supporting integration with asset management and IT service management systems. Additionally, the Consultant I prioritizes and responds to inquiries from service desk teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders, maintains asset governance documentation, coordinates hardware inventory audits, implements asset management process improvements, and supports communication, training, and awareness initiatives related to hardware asset management practices.
