The Position The ICS Software Engineering Expert takes ownership of ambiguous tasks, challenges the status quo, and acts as a technical mentor while fostering strong collaboration across teams in the domain of Operational Technologies for Pharma manufacturing. In this role, you will lead small to medium initiatives, prioritize effectively with stakeholders, and maintain a "bigger picture" view of how various components align with the overall strategy. You will analyze complex business problems to recommend technical solutions, identify and implement technology improvements, and optimize system configurations for peak efficiency. By developing comprehensive test strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and designing system integrations, you will leverage a deep understanding of the broader technical landscape to drive high-quality outcomes.
