Job description
Job Purpose and Impact
We are seeking an experienced ITAM Process Consultant with 8+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, and Process Governance. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in industry with the best practices, ITIL 4 frameworks, process design, workflow development, documentation management, and Agile delivery methodologies. This role will be responsible for documenting and continuously improving ITAM processes while ensuring alignment with organizational standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
ITAM Process Management
- HAM and CMDB and provide support to SAM
Process Design & Workflow Development
- Create detailed process flows, workflows, RACI matrices, SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Develop and maintain process maps using standard process modeling methodologies.
- Apply ITIL 4 principles and service management best practices to ITAM processes.
Agile Delivery & Enhancement Management
- Manage and maintain Agile boards (Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow Agile, etc.).
