Job Description: Job Title: ITAO – Application Owner and Scrum Master, Associate Location: Pune, India

Role Description The Application Owner (AO) is accountable for the application management of a single application or a portfolio of applications. The AO ensures that applications are enhanced and maintained in accordance with the Bank’s IT security, risk, compliance, application strategy, and service-level requirements, while identifying, managing, and appropriately escalating associated risks and issues.

In the Scrum Master capacity, the role is responsible for enabling effective Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching the Scrum Team and stakeholders, removing impediments, managing dependencies, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement, and ensuring transparent communication of sprint progress, risks, and outcomes. The role works closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, technology functions, vendors, and governance stakeholders to align application ownership obligations with business priorities and agreed delivery goals.
