Team Overview We are looking for a skilled Developer to join our Marketing Solutions team. The ideal candidate will bring strong backend engineering experience in Java . This role requires solid fundamentals in API development, microservices, SQL, and cloud ready architectures, along with strong collaboration and problem solving skills.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview And Core Responsibilities Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in backend service development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using Java.
• Experience with:
• Java Spring Boot
• API and microservices design
• SQL and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration abilities.
