Job Description Summary We are looking for a hands-on Junior Engineer – Assembly to support Electrical control cabinet assembly, wiring, and inspection. You will manage daily production activities, ensure high first-pass yield, drive EHS and continuous improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform Electrical controls cabinet assembly, wiring,electrical device installation and trouble shooting
- Conduct Inspection and testing of cabinets and sub-assemblies as per engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications
- Plan and manage daily production in assembly, testing, and sub-assembly areas
- Coordinate with warehouse for timely material supply
- Ensure FPY of 95% and job quality in all operations
- Maintain tools and machine health, support preventive maintenance with CFT
- Raise and support EHS concerns and contribute to Kaizen (1/month)
