Job description
Loading of truck within 90 minutes, as per SOP.
Allocating contract manpower in such a way that they would generate productivity of more than 60 MT/ group, availability of manpower on the shop floor to handle the dispatch properly ,
To dispatch the material as per ISD(as per loading slip) plan.
During this proper control the shift activities in productivities in all areas of dispatches
Guidance Crane operator for loading & proper use of forklift, maintenance of forklift.
Resolve all problems of transporter & trucks drivers during truck in loading.
Maintain discipline of manpower; avoid idling etc. by proper control.
FIFO management of stock.
GCS REPORT
TPM and DOJO activities
To attend to safety related issues like use of PPE, prevention of accident.
Study for the maximum load in vehicle as require by customer. (double decker, vertical loading, etc.)
Compliance with all 5S activities
