3.1 Administratively –Divisional Head Job Description

To receive the patients with a smile and greeting. To direct the patients to the Reception desk for registration.
To asses the patient for the type of treatment according to the nature of ailment and record the same in the card / form maintained.
To plan the course of treatment and type of treatment and the equipment to be used to complete the treatment.
To make the patient comfortable and place them in the right position for treatment. Explain the treatment procedure in detail to the patient and the necessity for such a treatment.
To prepare the treatment for the prescribed treatment.
To determine the right dosage for the treatment and begin the treatment.
On completion of treatment ensure that the equipment is in order and ready for the next job.
After completion, proper advise to be given regarding home programme.

4.1 To handle the In-patients:

To begin the prescribed treatment.
To decide the frequency / the number of visits per day depending on the condition of the patient and inform the patient / relatives / ward.
