Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive R&D professional with 8 to 12 years of industry expertise to lead Drivetrain design roles. As an Automotive R&D (Manager Transmission Design), you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, designing cutting-edge solutions, and enhancing the performance of our automotive ICE products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop new technologies.

Roles

• Highly motivated and inspiring personality who will Lead and manage the Drivetrain functions for 2 and 3 Wheelers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation.

• Define and oversee the development of new automotive technologies, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to translate innovative ideas into feasible prototypes and products.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential improvements in vehicle performance, safety, efficiency.

• Stay updated with emerging trends, breakthroughs, and advancements in the automotive industry, incorporating relevant findings into R&D efforts.

• Lead the documentation of design specifications, Design releases and testing results for internal reference and potential patent applications.
