Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to lead land acquisition initiatives for our growth projects, ensuring compliance with the Land Acquisition Act and related regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure land parcels that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Conduct due diligence, title verification, and risk assessments for prospective acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, compensation packages, and settlement terms with landowners and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit all statutory documentation in accordance with the Land Acquisition Act and local land laws.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and engineering teams to streamline acquisition processes.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and community groups.
• Monitor acquisition timelines, budgets, and reporting metrics.
• Resolve land‑related disputes and facilitate smooth handover to project teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or related fields.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Land Acquisition Act, land valuation methods, and property rights.
• Proven track record of successfully closing complex land deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to interpret legal documents, title reports, and zoning regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and GIS/land mapping tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications such as RICS, CPM, or equivalent.
• Experience working on large‑scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
