We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in LANSA and Visual LANSA development. In this role, you will design, develop, enhance, and support business-critical enterprise applications running on IBM i (AS/400). The role requires strong technical knowledge of Visual LANSA, RDML/RDMLX, IBM i, DB2, SQL, application integration, and production support. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, quality assurance teams, product owners, and other technology stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will also provide technical guidance, support application-modernization initiatives, mentor other developers, and contribute to continuous improvement across the software-development lifecycle.
