Job Description LCS BI Analyst Noida/Pune - India The BI Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end Power BI solution development, including data modelling, report design, performance optimization, and governance. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ETL, Power BI, data analytics, and SQL based data sources, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights and compelling data-driven stories. This role requires a data-first mindset and strong analytical skills. Additionally, it demands hands-on experience in building scalable BI solutions, leveraging Power BI, Power Query, and enterprise data platforms (Azure SQL/SharePoint/Dataverse/Databricks). Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce. This role will primarily focus on designing, developing, and supporting Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions to enable data-driven decision-making across global stakeholders.
