Maintain high standards for Workday data accuracy through scheduled audits, documented remediation, root-cause fixes, and clear ownership of recurring data defects.
Ensure Workday configuration, business processes, and reports meet internal controls, privacy expectations, audit requirements, release standards, and production-support expectations.
Provide technical solution guidance, and work direction to a small experienced Workday team while helping analysts focus on high-value work and operate with clear ownership.

Strong understanding of Workday security concepts, role-based access, business process security, reporting access, and control implications.
Experience improving data quality through audits, root-cause analysis, remediation plans, and sustainable ownership models.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with People, IT, Security, Finance, Payroll, and business partners.
AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE
