About the Department

• Our Shared Services Support PMO team ensures smooth operations across FTS core systems and business processes. We collaborate to solve complex challenges, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic initiatives that drive company priorities. • You will gather and document business processes and translate them into system requirements and configuration specifications.
