Lead - Data Scientist

About this opportunity: As part of Ericsson’s Data Scientist team, you'll spearhead the development of sophisticated machine learning solutions that address complex business challenges at scale. Direct your extensive expertise in machine learning towards architecting innovative AI/ML solutions that set standards for Ericsson's technical and architectural excellence while mentoring and elevating your team.

What you will do:

• Define and lead technical strategy by analysing complex requirements, optimizing solutions, and managing constraints across large-scale initiatives while setting architectural direction for ML projects.
• Architect and deploy enterprise-grade predictive models, recommendation engines, anomaly detection systems, statistical models, deep learning models, and other advanced machine learning systems.
• Demonstrate mastery in machine learning concepts and programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, and advanced frameworks while establishing best practices across teams.
• Develop and optimize solutions leveraging both on-premise and cloud-based machine learning platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Partner strategically with senior business leaders and executive decision-making personnel to define success metrics, translate business objectives into ML solutions, and drive ROI.
