Roles and Responsibility: Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead business analysis activities across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud projects.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
Drive alignment between business objectives and Salesforce capabilities.
Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts.
Manage stakeholder expectations and project communication.

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows and Functional Specifications.
Conduct current-state and future-state process assessments.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Define acceptance criteria and business success metrics.

Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design effective solutions.
Create process maps, workflow diagrams, data models, and business process documentation.
Define acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
Support solution reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
